CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Michael Wang is a Queens native with extensive experience representing landlords and tenants with over 1 million square feet leased.

Michael is passionate for his community and is a co chair of the Queens Chamber of Commerce, on the board of directors of AREAA NY East, on REBNY’s Queens commercial committee, and the 2020 CoStar Power Broker award winner.

Allen Wang

EXECUTIVE MANAGING DIRECTOR

Allen Wang is a New York native with prior experience in investment banking and private equity. He worked on WSJ-headlined M&A deals in China, North America, and Europe. He brings data driven marketing approaches and processes to Project Queens.

Allen graduated from Emory University with a degree in business administration and finance.

Michael Rodriguez-Shaw is a Retail Leasing specialist with 7 years of experience in New York City. His first transaction in the industry was a bi-level restaurant in Astoria, which first endeared him to Queens. Now an Astoria resident, Michael has directed his passion towards serving the Queens community that so welcomed him when he first moved to NYC, ushering new businesses into the borough and fostering growth for Queens’ brightest entrepreneurs.
