Located on Main St. and 39th Avenue, the Chamber Commerce Building sits on one of only eight corners that represent the heart of Downtown Flushing. It is comprised of ground floor retail and six floors of professional office above that. The building was renovated in 2019 and has had the lobby, common area bathrooms and elevators updated.

The building does not have parking but there are private parking garages nearby and across the street

7 Train: Flushing Main St. station is the last stop of the 7 train and is the NYC subway systems most northeastern access point. From here, the transit system branches out into 20+ bus lines
20+ bus lines: The bus lines are the arteries of the public transportation system, servicing the rest of Queens where the subway system ends and continues into Long Island
